Excellent performance and high efficiency
The NF5180G7 series is based on 4th / 5th generation Intel® Xeon® scalable processors that support up to 64 cores and 128 threads per CPU with a TDP of up to 350 W. Maximum frequency of 4.2 GHz at 20 GT/s via four UPI links.
Supports up to 32 DDR5 ECC DIMMs (5,600 MT/s, RDIMMs) for high speed and excellent availability.
Flexible configurations and outstanding scalability
The NF5180G7 series supports a maximum of 12 2.5-inch SAS/SATA/NVMe disks or 32 E1.S SSDS on the front end and up to two 2.5-inch SAS/SATA disks on the back end (for details, see).
Supports PCIe 5.0/4.0, up to two optional hot swappable OCP 3.0, and provides 1Gb, 10Gb, 25Gb, 40Gb, 100Gb, 200Gb, and 400Gb network ports.
NF5180G7 supports the open-source Compute Express Link (CXL) and E3.S storage media for cache consistency interconnection. In addition to traditional DIMMs, NF5180G7 also provides cache media to meet the core requirements of large-capacity cache services.
Security, reliability, and smart O&M
Front I/O design, O&M personnel can operate in cold aisles, simplifying O&M operations, extending the service life of thermal components such as optical modules and intelligent network interfaces (Inics), and improving data stability.
Core components, such as the BIOS and BMC, are redundant to ensure that the system switches to the standby flash memory for startup and switches to the standby chip for startup. The BMC can be upgraded online without power failure to ensure service continuity.
High efficiency, carbon emission reduction, and energy conservation
Support cold plate cooling and submerged cooling, providing a comprehensive liquid cooling solution for data centers. The NF5180G7 series reduces data center PUE to less than 1.1 with full-stack liquid cooling capability.
NF5180G7 series through the unique partition intelligent control technology, according to different air duct internal component power consumption, intelligent fan speed adjustment, eliminate temperature transmission delay, to achieve energy-saving speed regulation and accurate air supply.
The series focuses on environmental protection, key components are lead-free (RoHS), and all packaging and packaging materials are recyclable.
